RightCare holds quarterly Member Advisory Group (MAG) meetings virtually with members and member advocates living in our RightCare service area. We welcome STAR members living in the communities that are highlighted on the map in blue to participate in these conversations.
Our meeting goals are to help members understand their Medicaid benefits and to improve the member experience. Each meeting, we:
- Review member benefits and Value Added Services (or Member Perks)
- Share upcoming events and programs
- Provide an opportunity for members to ask questions
- Listen to member healthcare experiences
- Ask for suggested areas for improvement
Valuable feedback is received during these meetings and in the post MAG survey that we then use to improve our services to members.
